Student groups under 21 years of age and/or Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any RIU property, at any time during the year. RIU Hotels & Resorts will allow "Supervised Family Student Groups", as an exception to its RIU Student/Spring Breaker Group Policy, always on an on-request basis and only if they fit the following criteria: - Students are traveling in the company of a parent or legal guardian. - Each room booked has at least one responsible parent or guardian sharing with their underage children (18 or younger) up to the maximum occupants permitted in the specific room category. - Parent or guardian must be willing to sign a responsibilty agreement.
