A refundable cash deposit of $200 USD per room upon check-in will be required. Deposit will be retained for any charges, damages, unpaid expenses, losses or fines that the clients incur or become responsible for during their stay. If the total value of damages exceed the deposit the excess will be charged to the guest's room and will be due at the time of check-out.
